Transcribe patient’s medical history and the physician’s clinical encounters professionally and accurately for any acuity level (from trauma patients to lower acuities)-Actively listen, record, and navigate to (as needed) the diagnostic results from radiology interpretations and lab orders, as well as transcribe relevant calls/events into the medical record in real-time-Record appropriate Plan of Care into medical records for each patient encounter in the ICU, Emergency Department, and Clinical setting in a professional and respectful manner-Follow HIPAA laws and proper documentation procedure.
