ABOUT SURYANSHU HOODA

I am a passionate and driven Public Policy Consultant with a Master of Science in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. I have a keen interest in policy research and analysis and aspire to contribute to India\'s socio-economic development and global competitiveness.I am currently a Senior Analyst at Climate Policy Initiative (CPI), based in New Delhi, focusing on Green and Sustainable Finance. My role involves driving sustainable finance initiatives and collaborating with experts to advance the global green transition.Prior to joining CPI, I worked as a young professional at NITI Aayog, the premier policy think tank of the Government of India. There, I engaged with various stakeholders for the implementation of the State Support Mission, researched upcoming policy directions, and addressed challenges through NITI Aayog\'s mission of promoting cooperative and competitive federalism.Before NITI Aayog, I founded Surya Health Vision, a B2B sourcing venture specializing in healthcare products. I managed end-to-end processes, including product and raw material sourcing, regulatory compliance, price negotiation, and project-based supply chain management. Additionally, I gained valuable experience as a Financial Market Analyst at OSTC Ltd, where I applied my skills in commodity and interest rate markets globally, making trading decisions executed with synthetic strategies.
