As a technology leader with over 23 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to designing and implementing Enterprise Data & Service solutions across diverse businesses within the financial and capital markets. Currently, I am at the helm of a multi‐year initiative geared towards migrating the On‐Prem Warehouse & Analytics Sandbox to the Cloud, specifically utilizing Azure. I\'ve always adopted an entrepreneurial spirit throughout my career, demonstrating a proven ability to build and motivate high‐performing teams. My approach to leadership emphasizes the cultivation of solid business partnerships and the management of large, globally diverse teams tasked with transformative programs. One of my successes has been establishing a modern data and analytics practice as an integral part of the traditional IT landscape.
