He is passionate about helping people activate lifelong learning practices that express their knowledge, skills, and talents openly in their own unique ways; and to do so with courage so that they make sense of an ever-changing world. “Everyone has talent.” He has a knack for finding and developing it. With 14 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Learning & Talent Development, Surya is a Bachelor in Biotechnology with Masters in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource and Marketing Communication. His experience with Information Technology, Education, and Consulting organizations helps him in designing and delivering a wide range of Professional/ Managerial/ Young Leadership Development Programs with the focus on Talent and Organization Development through the use of innovative tools and methodologies. He is a certified Coach, Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP), Train-the-Trainer and Instructional Designer with Global Advance Management certification from University of Virginia, USA. Surya has worked as a Talent Development Partner with Education, Insurance, Manufacturing, Consulting and IT Organizations. He has also delivered training sessions and guest lecturers in the Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA. He hails from an Army background and is currently based in Hyderabad, Telangana. In his free time, he likes to try his hand at cooking and loves to travel.
