ABOUT SURYA THANKAPPAN
I am a MBA student at MACFAST, specializing in Business Administration and Management. I have a BBA degree from JPM College, where I honed my communication and digital marketing skills. I recently completed a two-month internship as a HR intern at The Kerala Minerals and Metals Limited (KMML), one of the leading producers of titanium dioxide in India. During my internship at KMML, I supported the HR department in various tasks, such as recruitment, training, payroll, and compliance. I also contributed to the development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy for the company, using Google tools and platforms. I am passionate about learning and applying new skills and knowledge in the HR field, and I am eager to join a team that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration. I believe that I can bring a fresh and dynamic perspective to the HR function, as well as a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
