As a member of the CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team), I handle day-to-day security alerts using tools such as CrowdStrike EDR, our SIEM (Griffin), and TAP/TRAP alerting systems. My primary focus is on incident detection, investigation, and analysis. In addition to monitoring alerts, I respond to numerous security-related requests and reports from various internal teams and customers. As part of the incident response team, I help resolve security issues promptly to ensure the safety and integrity of our organization’s IT environment.
