Hello, my name is Surya Singh, and I am a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in solid waste management under swacch bharat mission and steel plant design engineering. As a Deputy Manager (Projects), I have successfully coordinated with Category management teams and Engineering Project teams to obtain technical details for estimation requirements. I have also designed complete utility systems, including pump sizing, pipe sizing, pump room design, piping layout, and technical specifications in a steel plant, including systems for water treatment, hydraulics, and lubrication. I am highly skilled in ensuring the preparation and review of cost estimates and mechanical requirements for procurement activities. I have also provided support to business development by providing cost estimates for bidding purposes, and I continuously explore opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the estimation process. Supervising the planning requirements for project delivery and establishing and maintaining schedule baselines while ensuring process control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance are among my other strengths. I have experience in preparing and reviewing proposals and site plans in accordance with codes and local and national regulations.
