Wintrust Financial Corporation, as part of their CRM road map modernizing the CRM System to Consolidate different Business Processes into Single CRM System. It is an integrated Dynamic CRM and Analytics application that would assist in boosting sales and Treasury management Processes across Northern USA states through superior targeting and marketing enabled by Dynamic CRM methodologies. Roles- Is Prime member of Advance CRM Product Engineering team to redesign the Custom Developed Dynamic CRM system to accommodate different custom built banking processes into One CRM System, handling deployment cycles of releases of various Waves. Working with Business to gather requirements of various custom functionalities then engage Vendor team and provide guidance in implementing the system.
