I am Surya Pratap, a passionate Hotel Management student with a strong ambition to become an Executive Chef. From the beginning of my journey, I have been deeply motivated by the art of cooking, creativity in food presentation, and the discipline of professional kitchens.Every day, I work to improve my culinary skills, learn new techniques, and understand the science behind flavors. I enjoy experimenting with recipes, exploring different cuisines, and refining my craft through continuous practice.
