About Surya Narain Dikshit
I’m a Principal Engineer at GlobalFoundries (Bangalore) in the Wafer Electrical Test (WET) team, focused on improving yield, cost, and product health for advanced technology platforms including 28nm HKMG and 40nm NOR Flash. I monitor FEOL/MOL/BEOL electrical parameters using SPC, lead lot disposition / ink-off / MRB actions, and drive excursion root-cause analysis by correlating E-test data with process, tool, and inline metrics. I’ve delivered multiple CIPs/PCRBs and supported 400+ process changes that directly impact yield and cost, while partnering closely with module teams (Litho, Diffusion, Etch, CVD/ALD, and Device). Currently, I am working on hybrid CMOS–spintronics logic using all-optical MTJs, with publications including Open Journal of Nanotechnology (2022) and a Physics Reports review (2025).
