Experienced in preparing URS by understanding the process requirements, SLIA, QRA, UTM, ERN,and developing/executing IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols in collaboration with vendors. Successfully handled validation of Cytiva single-use bioreactors and supported their integration into GMP operations.Led early- to late-stage development and PPQ batch execution for Abatacept and Rituximab using ATF systems. Also contributed to development and scale-up of Pembrolizumab and Nivolumab from engineering batches through to PPQ.
