In my current role at Accenture, I have been working at the intersection of machine learning, NLP, and business analytics building production-ready solutions that drive measurable impact across contract management, marketing, and digital platforms.My most significant technical contribution has been developing a contract Health Score predictive model that achieved 83% accuracy. When I started this project, the model only covered 9% of the contract portfolio. Through iterative development and refinement, I scaled that coverage to 92% giving account teams enterprise-wide visibility into contract health and enabling proactive risk management for the first time.On the NLP side, I built and deployed a social media brand perception monitoring solution that used bigram extraction, text cleaning, and topic classification to tag and categorise conversations in real time.
