Partner with hiring managers to identify budgeted needs and then develop detailed job descriptions. • Organize and coordinate recruiting process like create ads, schedule interviews, administer assessments, extend offers, prepare new hire paperwork. • Work on Talent Acquisition Metrics such as Quality of Hire, Cost per hire, Offer acceptance Rate, Optimum Productivity Level. • Develop and deliver various HR trainings like open enrollment, performance evaluations, HR best practices. • Participate in continuous HR improvement initiatives and metrics. • Enter and Review of weekly or Bi weekly or monthly payroll time data, Employee maintenance, Tax information, New hire and terminated Employee processing. • Review and import hours from time and attendance system. • Coordinate with the Supervisor/ Managers on the timely and accurate reporting of hours in Kronos Time and Attendance. • Manage attendance between kronos and ADP. • Coordinate and conduct the new employee onboarding process and present benefit presentation to ensure Employee gain on understanding of benefit plan and Enrolment provisions. • Audit Payroll data entry, employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution
