My experience includes developing learning content, creating and administering training programs, and developing learning strategies. I am experienced in utilizing a variety of learning delivery methods, such as online, in-class, and on-the-job training. I am a skilled problem-solver and have a proven ability to quickly assess a situation and develop solutions. My interpersonal skills have enabled me to build strong relationships with my colleagues, helping to foster a collaborative working environment. I am committed to continuously improving my knowledge and skills in the field of Learning and Development and HR. I had pursued Masters in HR and IT and am confident that my training and education will be an asset to any organization.
