ABOUT SURRINDER BAINS

I\'m a motivated and passionate professional working across the public, private and charity sectors. I work with supporters and listen to them, build a rapport and and help align values and achieve reciprocity. I think about ways to engage, motivate and achieve positive outcomes and memorable achievements. I\'ve project managed major regeneration projects in health, housing, education and employment in Birmingham And sandwell. These have been co-designed and been successful delivered across neighbourhoods and with resident involvement. I\'ve worked with a major Housing Arms Length Housing Organisation to prepare a new CSR strategy and project plan to deliver social value outcomes.I\'ve worked on developing a new three year strategic plan for a charity and associated delivery plan. This has led to a successful rebranding of the organisation and key priorities for delivery.I\'ve worked on a successful crowdfunding campaign - Benjamin\'s Brothers that achieved its target and has rolled out to deliver prostrate cancer awareness in the African - Caribbean Community. I\'ve developed an area business plan for fundraising that has been implemented and has contributed to a new five year fundraising.I\'ve prepared a funding pipeline for my area that has forecasted financial year and monthly figures. This has led to the successful delivery of end of year targets.My specialisms are : Business and Strategic Planning, Mentoring, Governance, Audit and Scrutiny, Fundraising and Income Generation, Supporter Journey support, Events, Grant and Trust Applications, social media and story telling and good practice.
