To support the sales team, end customers and resellers & build relationships with the commercial teams in the channel partners.Ensure Samsung Capital has robust financial processes and policies that complies with internal and external requirements. Manage back office accounting, processing lease contracts through SEUK’s legal system, gaining appropriate sign off from CFO and President, logging of leases, month-end close and production of detailed Management Information and analysis.Act as second line support for Leasing customers if there is an issue the AR team is unable to resolve.Develop a CRM methodology for new customers as well as in-life / end of life customer care. Provide regular reports to leasing sales of those leases that are due to come to the end of contract within 6 months.Provide reporting / analysis / explanations to senior management in SEUK / EHQ / HQ. & own the operation of the Lease Management system (LS2) & work with the Head of Samsung Capital to develop an asset retirement strategy (processes/ partners / re-marketing).Provide support to Leasing Sales in completing documentation, manage and update leasing documentation to ensure the documents are updated to be relevant.Ensure all leasing collateral is up to date, relevant and consistent. Ensuring all contracts are validated prior to pay out and countersigned contracts are sent to the customer for their records.
