Establish a project governance structure, both internal and external, with ULBs / State Government. • Develop and Provide Management Reports and presentations• Prioritize and align project as per Strategic Business Objectives• Plan and Schedule Resource Efficiently• Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflows• Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication• Recruit and mobilize City Project Leads & City Project Associates to achieve project objectives.• Map and align with Project Stakeholders on expected project outcomes• Develop detailed project proposals, presentations, and allied documentation for submissions before ULB and Govt. authorities• Collate, review, and finalize information for Inception, Baseline, and other Reports• Monitor the quality and performance of waste services, including contract management of external providers.• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.• Collect, analyze, and validate data from various sources.• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data.• Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets for storing and organizing information.• Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes.• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues.• Compile and analyze data to generate meaningful insights.• Present data and findings clearly and concisely.• Prepare presentations for sharing reports and insights with stakeholders.• Prepare drivers and helpers\' attendance reports zone-wise.• Forward attendance reports to the Project Head.• Prepare vehicle deployment reports for all zones promptly.• Waste Segregation and Compliance Reporting:• Prepare consolidated waste segregation reports.• Document billing reports and maintain necessary documentation.• Promote teamwork and open communication• Write reports and relay information to senior management and the rest of the team
