ISG is a leading technology research and advisory services company, serving more than 500 clients around the world to help them achieve operational excellence. Joined as Principal in April 2013, and was promoted to Director in October 2015. As Practice Lead for Sourcing Solutions with the UK, Ireland and Netherlands region, my role is to deliver strategic solutions to my C-level clients within the BFSI sector who are faced with the challenge of delivering transformation amidst fast-paced digital disruption. Key engagements: • European Investment Bank: Delivered a workforce strategy for a division within the bank in alignment with the overall operating model – supported by a strong Business Case, Governance and an Implementation roadmap. Also delivered an Operating Strategy for the Testing and Production Support functions - underpinned by adoption of DevOps methodology. • European Retail Bank: Lead Sourcing Adviser on a bank-wide ITO engagement beginning with Sourcing Strategy through to RFP development, Due Diligence, Negotiations, BAFO and Transition. TCV was $ 200m. Presented options and recommendations to the Steering Committee during critical decision points and obtained buy-in. • UK Retail Bank: Offered expert opinion on an internally built Sourcing Strategy and Business Case - for presentation to steering committee. • Global Pharmaceutical company: Delivered a strategy to consolidate several globally distributed Data Centres and Service Desks. • UK Public Sector (Financial Services company): Led and managed a multi-disciplinary team to renegotiate an IT Infrastructure Hosting contract.
