As a Green Building Consultant, I am responsible for managing the green building certification projects of some of the biggest real estate clients in Finland as well as international portfolio owners. As a BREEAM In-Use Assessor, I have certified over 85 commercial, data center, educational, government, health care and residential buildings in Finland.My responsibilities include- Lead sustainability consulting projects and provide strategic guidance to clients- certify commercial and residential buildings to BREEAM In-Use standards- provide guidance to achieve higher certification ratings, decarbonization, and meet ESG and SBTi goals- track energy, waste and water consumption data and reduction goals of the client properties- mentor new team members- assist in various new construction green building certifications- support LCA studies and building condition survey.
