Most of my work has been around scaling product engineering and GCC teams, often in situations where the structure isn’t fully defined yet and hiring needs to catch up quickly with business demand. I tend to work closely with leadership to bring clarity to that—what to build, what kind of talent actually fits, and how to make hiring more predictable as things scale. Over time, I’ve found that the real challenge isn’t just finding people—it’s building hiring approaches that hold up under pressure, ambiguity, and speed. That’s the kind of problem space I enjoy working in.
