Engaged in NPD project, where new Designs implemented in both the mechanical and electrical modules starts from Generator, switchgears, LLI, Yaw motors, control cabinets, cables and Junction boxes for Offshore Wind Turbines. Adhering to applicable standards like IEC 61439, 60••••52. This work focused specifically on emerging markets, including Europe, the US, and Asia. Performing the LRU Designs, Formboard drawings for the cables and helping designers and suppliers in this regard. Owning the entire module for cable routing, packaging, segregation, cable protection, Identifying LRUs throughout the PLM cycles until it reaches to the Serial production. Cable segregation based on the EMC classes and voltage range. Reviewing the concepts and cable layouts provided by vendors and ensuring task to be completed and presented in the review gates. Record cable installation issues and other build issues and report to the TE management and ensure zero build NCs in the future. Track the progresses & issues reported at proto build (Denmark and Spain shopfloor) of Electrical/Mechanical and Blade modules & infrastructures, also involve in quality review with supplier Engineer, supplier/manufactures during proto build As a Design and Maintenance team member creating the PPT for BEST KNOWN METHODS in terms of Creating the drawings safety issues & Possibility Errors. Validate and implement the Preventive and Corrective maintenance documents before it reaches to the Gate where the design stage frozen. Attend weekly status/review meetings with production team, to learn build issues, clarify and support to resolve build issue.
