ABOUT SURESH VIJAYARAGHAVAN
With 19 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have successfully led multiple full life cycle projects from design concept to production handover in Passenger Car division. I’ve accomplished several greenfield projects, including the Protoshop Facility, Engineering Tech Centre Office, and Outsourcing Efficiency Organization establishment for the IAP Performance Excellence team. My expertise also includes new model launches, industrialization of EV projects, Project management and process engineering. Currently, I manage Engineering workload allocation and workforce outsourcing towards long-term planning for the North America region (USA, Canada, Mexico). I’ve developed the North America FTE Service Center governance process, overseeing contracts, performance tracking, and supplier reviews with key Engineering Service Providers. I am also responsible for leadership PowerBI dashboards, tracking workforce data, vendor performance, and resource deployment. Earlier in my career, For the IAP region, I led workload planning and outsourcing efforts, optimising vendor strategies to support long-term project needs, work packages for the new products.
