Responsible for overall Mivan planning, procurement, production, inhouse design using available materials, quality control through proper work system creation and proper shuttering oil usage, reconciliation including timely scrap disposal, site execution as per dry mockup through proper vendor selection and refurbishment activities including chemical cleaning in Shriram Properties. I have developed a QR code tracking system for proper traceability of the Mivan materials which has won the best development award in SPL. I have commissioned nearly 1 lakh Sqm of Mivan materials at sites for G+24 floors as per the shell plan of the concern building. I am the Asset manager for 100 crores worth materials in my organization. Self had achieved a record floor to floor cycle time of 4 days through able execution at the site. Self had fabricated Sqm of Old Mivan materials through able development of New Vendor at my organization as a cost cutting initiative. Taken part in analysing the pump efficiency for MEP execution and CP sanitary works procurement for the site as a Head office person. Edge & IGBC implementation for new projects is being done by myself as a sustainability measure by taking into the flow requirements as per the standard norms set by the corresponding body. Developed robotic painting for internal walls and drone implementation for light weight carrying purpose in the site. Acoustic enclosure created for smart refurbishment operations (Factory layout creation) in the vicinity of site without any noise disturbance to the existing customers.Trainer for staff and workmen by educating them with Sop and Mivan methodology manual creation at SPL.
