A Competent condition monitoring professional with over 18 years of experience Aluminum, Chemicals, mining, and Oil & Gas Industries in Gulf countries Oman, Qatar, Saudi & India. • Execute CBM plan from on-shore engineers to offshore focal persons on rotating equipment and static machine. • Vibration monitoring of crude oil pumps, heating and cooling pumps, turbines etc, Vibration monitoring in paper manufacturing plant equipment like, dryer cylinder rolls, size press rolls etc. • Infrared thermography on Static equipment like Electrical switch Gear, Gas pipe line and vessel surface. • Using MIDAS tool for passing valve test, Flaring test and others that can be suited for the instrument. • Actively reports machines that are critical during data collection to the focal person involve in CBM visit. • Execute CBM plan from on-shore engineers to offshore focal persons on rotating equipment and static machine. • Actively participate in meetings regarding CBM visit on the Platform. • Actively reports machines that are critical during data collection to the focal person involve in CBM visit. • Reports to focal supervisor and OTL regarding the activities findings on CBM, raise Corrective action job notification in SAP. • Sound knowledge in machinery diagnostic evaluation by vibration analysis, Thermography inspection, using FLIR P660 & T640 IR-camera for thermography, fugitive gas leak inspection • Industries working experience for Vibration Analysis of rotating machineries in Arab paper manufacturing plant, North oil company -Qatar, Oman Aluminum Rolling Company (OARC), Ras Gas- Qatar, • Having broad working exposure on predictive maintenance software’s and Vibration Analyzer on ACOEM Falcon analyzer, CSI AMS Machinery health manager, e-monitor odyssey and CSI-2130/2140, Datapack 1500, Enpac 1200, 2500, adash1400. • Corrective technology tools such as in-situ multi-plane, multi-speed dynamic balancing and three point balancing. • Planning and execution of predictive maintenance schedule through condition monitoring techniques for improving the reliability and availability of the assets. • Building up machinery data base for condition monitoring, organizing a schedule for monitoring the rotating machines in the plants Using CMMS system MAXIMO and SAP • Monitor major Rotating Machinery Operational and maintenance data, trends and recommends/ implements changes in maintenance strategy as necessary to improve performance.
