Quality Control and Compliance: Process Control: Monitor the production process to ensure that it aligns with set quality parameters and specifications. Address any deviations from the standard process immediately to maintain product consistency. Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and product certifications to ensure traceability and compliance with industry regulations. Supplier Quality Assurance: Verify that raw materials and components provided by suppliers meet the required quality standards before they enter the production process. Inspection of Finished Products: Final Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspection of finished leaf springs, both visually and dimensionally, to confirm that they meet customer and industry specifications. Packaging Inspection: Inspect the packaging of the final product to ensure it is appropriately marked, labeled, and prepared for shipment without the risk of damage during transport. Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions: Problem Identification: Identify recurring quality issues in the production process, such as dimensional inconsistencies, material defects, or surface irregularities. Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis (using tools such as Fishbone diagrams or 5 Whys) to investigate the underlying causes of quality problems. Corrective Actions: Work closely with the production team to implement corrective actions that prevent the recurrence of quality issues. This may involve process adjustments, equipment recalibration, or retraining operators.
