16+ years of corporate experience in Customer Support and DEI with being a motivational speaker, facilitator, and a LGBTQ+ spokesperson for inclusion in the corporate space. A certified Diversity Professional, an NLP Practitioner along with LGBTQ Executive Leadership Program from Stanford University, co-facilitated a leadership program called Leading With Pride (LWP) for the LGBTQ+ community people to help build leaders of tomorrow. A member of Rainbow Toastmasters Club, which is the World\'s first LGBTQIA+ and Allies Virtual Club that is open to all which is aims to improve their public speaking and leadership skills in a safe space. The winner of Mr. Gay India 2019 and for 2 consecutive years (2019 & 2020) he has been featured in the OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Future Leaders list and is ranked 25th in the 2020 list. With the passion of giving back to the community, works for Trans Inclusion in the Corporate Space, spread awareness about Queer issues, mental health issues in the LGBTQ + community HIV & drug abuse. Also volunteers at old age homes, orphanages and kids affected with HIV. A proud daddy of a furry baby and partnered since 2016.
