Hands on experience in composite process technology and plastics moulding.I have experience in composite process i.e. Autoclave prepreg technology for aerospace,defence and railway composite parts. Wind energy rotor blade technology(infusion/VARTM process),filament winding for type 3 and type 4 CFRP vessels for CNG gas storage,FRP pipe process(CFW/continuous filament winding and HFW/helical filament winding),Pultrusion Process(for FRP profiles manufacturing),FRP Cooling Tower blades manufacturing,FRP/GRP auto-mobile parts manufacturing method by RTM and hand Lay-up process. Knowledge of SMC,having experience in painting method for FRP product and having work experience of plastic molding method(stretch blow molding/injection molding/extrusion molding). Having good knowledge about quality management tools i.e. ISO 9001, AS9100 & NADCAP. Expert to use Lean Manufacturing tools, 5S, Safety, Environment etc. My objective to utilize my composite knowledge for new product development, sustainable and make organization as a profitable business unit. Want to become solution provider in Composite process.
