I have over 20 years of strong global IT delivery experience with diversified technology background leading 3 successful end to end Oracle CRM implementations, managing portfolio of services across different work streams - development of custom business applications and products, technology migrations, application support services and agile transformation solutions in Telecommunications, Manufacturing, High-Tech and Banking Industries.As an Agile Coach, Agility Lead, Release Train Engineer and Lead Scrum Master with over 8 years of experience helped organizations on Agile and Digital transformation journey to better achieve its goals. My focus is manifesting the organization learn and apply the values and principles of the Agile mindset to continuously improve. I have extensive experience in agile coaching and product management working independently or as part of a group to implement Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe or a hybrid framework across geographically dispersed organization.
