Every possible lever to reduce the emission is evaluated and appropriately addressed in moving towards net zero. • Leading the implementation of Nature-based Solution for carbon removal through Agroforestry• Prepared roadmap to achieve Net Zero by 2029 for the organization and implementation of different levers to achieve the same• Leading the organization to reach towards RE100 goal by adding Power Purchase Agreements, green tariff, advocacy with the government• Help in maintaining the Carbon neutrality of Infosys every year and meeting other internal ESG goals by leading emission reduction initiatives under scope 1,2 and 3• Leading the environment disclosure of Infosys in various platform like ESG report, BRSR, CDP, DJSI • Leading the decarbonization of supply chain which involves handholding, increasing awareness on environmental issues and emission disclosure & reduction to more than 350 suppliers• Leading initiatives to reduce embodied carbon in buildings and improve energy efficiency in building design and operation• Handling the client queries on the environment initiatives of Infosys through request for proposals, client meetings, audits and visits• Leading initiatives across the organization to reduce scope 3 emissions under different categories such as purchased goods, business travel, employee commute, upstream leased assets • Running the ongoing carbon offset projects to meet the carbon neutrality goal
