   I am an Information Security professional specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) with hands-on experience in CyberArk at Accenture.In my current role, I am responsible for CyberArk administration and operational support across environments. I work extensively with core components including CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM to ensure secure credential management and session monitoring.My key responsibilities include:• Performing day-to-day health checks of CyberArk components to ensure system stability and high availability• Managing onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts across Windows, Unix, databases, network devices, and applications• Configuring and managing password rotation policies using CPM to enforce security compliance• Troubleshooting password management failures and reconciliation issues• Managing Safes, user roles, groups, and permissions within PVWA• Handling access requests and approvals for privileged accountsIn addition, I contribute to platform security and infrastructure management by:• Configuring Disaster Recovery (DR) and performing failover and failback testing• Maintaining secure communication between CyberArk componentsI also support integration, compliance, and operations by:• Integrating CyberArk with LDAP/Active Directory for authentication• Generating compliance and audit reports from CyberArk• Handling L1/L2 support issues and ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAsI am passionate about improving security posture through effective privileged access management and continuously strive to enhance system performance, automation, and compliance readiness.
