Working as Project Manager responsible for launching Reliance JIO 4G. Project.in UPE. Circle- Job involves co-ordination with various teams which includes RCOM, RJIL, Samsung & Colo Partner. Making the site RFI & RFE1 & handing over the site to Samsung for making it RFE2/RFS- Responsible for rectification of all punch point related to Infra/OFC of RJIL, RCOM & Owner Issue, Space Issue or Other Issue observe by Solpar Team during Site Survey- Co-ordination with all Infra Manager/Engineers & COLO Partner of UPE for making the 2382 CSS (eNodeB). & 38 ILA. Site RFE1. Co-ordination with vendor & getting all the materials related issue/ RCOM Issue resolved. Co-ordination with RCOM as these towers belongs to them & RJIL have taken it on lease to launch their 4G Project- Playing lead role in right vendor selection for COLO Project, along with SCM & ensure timely placement of purchase order to selected vendors. Conduct regular meeting to avoid gaps & ensure timely completion of project- Verification of bills in term of quality /quantity of work and ensuring timely completion of work- Responsible for all Utility Related issue of Large Facilities (AG3+SAG2) & 38 ILA- Handling Roll-out fiber & infra project for RJIL for LKO, STP, SHJP & BNBK Area. This Include 500 kms of OFC execution for Intracity network with all last mile. Connectivity to the connected eNodeB & ILA/AG2 Sites- Develop project plan for OSP network with clearly defined target for all individual routs and adherence to same. Already delivered 250Kms of OFC within the plan timelines, specified quality and optimized capex.
