As the founder and managing director of Sailotech, Mr. Suresh is responsible for running all facets of the business. An entrepreneur, results-driven, and ingenious personality with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize company viability and efficiency. He has over 20 years’ experience and is focused to manage costs and establish strategic mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with users, vendors and service providers. He has a motivational management style with a proven history of building, guiding and retaining high-performance teams to develop and implement strategies for accelerated growth. Under his leadership, the company began its transformational journey, spreading across the length and breadth of the country. From the initial stages of his career, he had an innovative mind and the desire to develop a company driving innovation in progress, services and products. He has been associated with the company since its inception as the founder. From its launch, Suresh has steered Sailotech models to fruition and is heading efforts to move Sailotech into a digitally-abled organization. Under his stewardship in Deloitte, he has been influential in innovation support, backend Business process support operations, ensuring quality project deliverables, implementations, rollouts, and infrastructure management. He was also involved in building resources, catered to Diebold Global operations, 24X7 operations running from various centers. He was instrumental in bringing the Diebold development center from 0-500+ employees and making it a global, possessing highly-efficient and technology expertise.
