It has been really a great and remarkable experience of 35 years working in various leading cement industries and shipbuilding yards and I am mastered the technique of troubleshooting of all most all the machinery used in this industries, enhancement the MTBF (mean time between failure) of these machines, development and evolution of the work force, management skill, WCM (world class management), TPM (total productivity maintenance), TQM (total quality management), and SAP.
