With over 30 years of deep expertise in IT service delivery, I have led large-scale, organization-wide initiatives that drive digital transformation, productivity improvement through enterprise-scale automation, and process optimization. My experience spans strategic account management with full P&L ownership, and the setup of offshore IT service delivery centers aligned with global best practices. I have successfully established practices and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in key areas such as Application Support and Management (ASM), Testing Services, Bid & Transition Management, and Global Delivery Operations. My leadership has consistently delivered scalable, high-performance delivery models across service lines. I’ve led multiple strategic initiatives and programs for EY, Wipro, and Virtusa, including the rollout of HOLMES (an automation platform) and the NextGen service delivery transformation program. I also spearheaded efforts to implement CMMI best practices, achieving Level 5 certifications across organizations. Currently, I lead Service Delivery Excellence and Testing Practice @ Tech Consulting for EY India, where I focus on enabling high-quality, risk-aware delivery of consulting services through robust frameworks and capability development.
