With over a decade specializing in healthcare quality, my approach integrates strategic vision with evidence-based practices, driving care consistency and care transformation.I am a physician executive with a deep commitment to advancing healthcare quality, operational excellence, and innovative care delivery. Over the course of my career, I have served as a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Quality Officer (CQO), leading clinical strategy, quality improvement, patient safety, and physician engagement at major healthcare organizations.My academic foundation, including a Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety, has equipped me with a rigorous understanding of high-reliability systems and the science of clinical improvement — knowledge that has been central to every leadership role I have held.Today, I am building on that strong foundation to lead transformational initiatives that reimagine access to care, optimize care models, and drive sustainable innovation across primary care and population health settings.
