Contributed to bid evaluation reports, contract negotiations and draft contract preparations for design -build contract per FIDIC 2017 and assisting the Engineer and Team Leaders on contractual communications and compliances including review of performance bonds, insurances, and other contractual submissions from the contractors. Guiding the Team Leaders on contract administration including determination of contract variation orders (VOs) and Ex-tension of Time (EOTs), Claim management and Dispute resolution.
