Managing Resourcing part for entire BFSI accounts fulfilment needs Monitor the skills available across the organization and map the relevant skilled profiles for the open requirements accordingly to the relevant demand to ensure the quick onboarding through internal bench thereby reducing the fulfilment time within the SLA.( ensuring minimum 60 pct by internal profiles) Identify the training needs for the resources in bench based on the sales forecast and work with Finance team on the future requirements and to help derive the budget Resourcing, Staffing plans, Statement of Work, Resource Forecasting, Sub-contractor management and over-sight. To build strategies on bench status. Plan and provide resource shortage and skill set wise hiring requirements. Co-ordinate with hiring department to fill resource shortages. Work closely with Delivery leaders and Managers to identify their issues pertaining to tool and resourcing and billing part on weekly basis Ensure all projects are adequately staffed within the organization. To analyze and update resource requirements of various departments internally Co-ordinate with Dept. Heads and Project managers to assign resources.
