Surej has significant experience in Leadership roles that leveraged his business, people management, technology and transformation experiences. Surej is current CEO and Board member of a Global Engineering Services organization, where is responsible for driving the next phase of growth through geographic expansion and M&A. Surej was until recently tgeCEO of Intelliswift Software, Inc. where he was responsible for driving the growth and market visibility that resulted in the acquisition by LTTS. Prior to this as the President at Intelliswift Software, Inc. He has been leading the organization through its transformation from a staffing organization to a global services and solutions provider.Prior to this he was CTO & President at UST Global. During this time he established vertical and horizontal structures and drove significant growth for the org.Prior to this Surej headed the EMS Practice at Cognizant. Prior to this he headed the Technology Industry Vertical that focuses on the ISV, HiTech and Online market Segments. He was also responsible for the strategic technology alliances. Prior to this he was responsible for several strategic technology horizontals. And before this he was responsible for its Banking and Financial Services Customers on the West Coast of US and for all of Cognizant’s Banking and Financial Alliances Globally. Prior to this Surej worked for TCS, where he was the Regional Director reporting into the President for North America and was responsible for approximately 8% of the North American Revenues of TCS. He had been heading TCS’ business, based out of the Silicon Valley for more than 5 years and was instrumental in forging several strategic partnerships with technology firms both established and new. At TCS, Surej had also been one of the key technologists focusing on large systems, enterprise architecture, security and performance. He headed the TCS System Software Group focusing on large enterprise systems. During this tenure he had been responsible for architecting the Global Straight Through Processing solution (axion4). He was also responsible for building Deutsche Bank’s EDIFACT based secure, automatic payment gateway in 1993, a first of its kind in Europe. Surej had also engaged in technology and strategy consulting engagements leveraging the experience from his earlier roles. He had helped several major clients develop their global IT sourcing strategies. Surej had also advised clients on technology decisions around corporate mergers and acquisitions.
