Hi, I’m Surbhi. I work at the intersection of international trade, public policy, and communication. I’m currently a Consultant in Government and Public Services at Deloitte, where I support export growth and policy execution across India.Over the past three years, I’ve contributed to government and public-sector projects that strengthen India’s trade ecosystem, improve policy execution, and bring clarity to complex ideas. I like roles where research, strategy, and communication work together to create real impact.I also enjoy design and have led Canva workshops for students and young professionals to help them build clear and simple visual communication skills. Drove platform adoption through stakeholder workshops, digitalcampaigns, and strategic engagement with trade associations, govt bodies, including 30+ Export Promotion Councils (EPCs)- Develop Export Action Plans for 33 districts, by analyzing sectoral strengths, identifying logistics gaps, and aligning with India’s global export competitiveness agenda. Organize B2B forums, exporter consultations, and stakeholder engagements to expand the export ecosystem- Maintain and update multi-project trackers, aligning project execution with central timelines & partner deliverables in a matrixed reporting setup- Coordinate with MSMEs, industry associations, EPCs, and 8+ government departments to enhance export readiness & execute inter-agency policyinitiatives.
