With over 25 years of industry experience in both business and HR roles, I am passionate about creating a positive, inclusive work environment where people can thrive and grow.As a strategic partner to the CEO of South Asia and a member of the Leadership Team at Publicis Groupe, I work alongside professionals in India and Sri Lanka.I specialise in business partnership, leadership and organisational development, talent and change management, and building culture.
