Guiding and assisting passengers for their safety and comfort during the travel • Liaising with captain pre-flight to ascertain flight details (time, weather, areas of adverse conditions such as turbulence), special instructions and considerations, and to confirm emergency signals • Conducting safety check before the flight and greeting and communicating with customers during flight • Ensuring maintenance of passenger cabin baggage in the cabin and the baggage secured and stowed in the passenger compartment approved stowage spaces • Checking the passenger cabin for correct location and security of all items of emergency equipment and checking the visual services of portable emergency equipment and reporting to the PIC • Briefing passengers pre-flight on emergency equipment and exits and informing about the written instructions • Providing high level of customer service while engaging with customers and delivering safety presentation also as per Captain’s instructions providing demo to passenger on how to use the life jackets • Liaising with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the cabin and delivery of high standard of safety, service and the overall in-flight customer experience by all cabin crew members • Performing First Aid on passenger in emergency situation • Complying with food safety standards while serving to the passengers • Promoting a cooperative teamwork environment on board the aircraft with all crew members • Ensuring that all on-board sales cash and receipts is accounted for and submitted at the end of each flight
