The LEAP (Livelihood Education through Action against Poverty) Digital Academy and LEAP Inclusion (for PwD Youth) is one of Capgemini’s key Pan-India Digital Skilling programs aimed at providing employability skills. Through our program we aim to create, a network of skill training centres to bridge the widening divide between those who have access to opportunities and those who are increasingly being marginalized from the ‘new economy’ jobs. The Digital Academies aim to train youth, from low socio economic status, to help them gain a foothold in the competitive job market.Working closely with premiere research institutes like IIM ( NSRCEL), IITs( NPTEL) and IISc to promote social entrepreneurship, innovation and Digital literacy through active grants and technology collaboration.
