In addition, I take charge of facilitating shared learning sessions and spearheading innovation projects.A successful digital product doesn\'t just solve problems; it solves the right problems for the right users. Navigating the complexities and substantial investments inherent in these projects requires a holistic design approach. My expertise lies in guiding brands and companies through this all-encompassing process, considering aspects like the user, device, moment, ethnographic environment, physical space, and human behavior – delving into thinking, attitudes, emotions, motivations, abilities, triggers, and more.
