   The project is using various Veeva Vault applications, which are used to manage the Regulatory, Clinical data, Promotional and Non-Promotional Material of the Pharmaceutical company. Roles and Responsibilities: • Extensive experience of working in Vaults- eTMF, Clinical, RIM, PromoMats, MedComms, QualityDocs. • Expertise in driving the project end-to-end – Analysis, design and implementation of project requirements through requirement gathering and functional specifications, preparation of use cases and data modeling. • Managing and configuration in Veeva Vault as follows- Objects and fields, field dependencies, Document type, Subtype and Classification, Workflows and Lifecycles, Notifications, Overlays, Signature templates. user permissions and access controls, users, groups, security profiles, Permission sets, Application Roles. Documents, Binders and Document templates, controlled templates etc. Vault APIs for bulk actions and automations. For eg. To remove submissions, to change the lifecycle state, to trigger workflows, to import-export submissions, bulk reclassification etc using Postman. Experience of Vault loader for bulk loading activities. Vault to Vault migration using Vault loader. Configured Vault OOTB features- Active Dossier, Vault File Manager, Collaborative authoring in RIM. • Helped in automation of User access management across all the Vault apps and various other use cases to reduce the manual effort. • Successfully delivered many process improvements, permanent fixes, automation which helped in ticket reduction, team optimization and added value in the business. • Experience in Service Now (using as ticketing tool) – Change management, Problem Management, Service request management, Incident Management, CI add/update/delete, Service Now group/approval group creation, report generation etc.
