Hello! I\'m Surarsi, a passionate geologist, born and raised in West Bengal.My fascination with rocks and minerals led me to pursue and complete a Master’s in Geology. This academic journey has been both enriching and inspiring, allowing me to deepen my understanding of Earth’s processes and expand my knowledge across various geological disciplines.Aside from my academic pursuits, I possess strong leadership qualities and excel in problem-solving. During my leisure time, I often enjoy singing or embracing my passion for music. I am known to be frank and approachable, making it easy for me to connect with people. These skills have been honed through my experiences in various campaigns and as a member of the Animal Welfare Society. My passion for trekking and traveling has deepened my appreciation for the planet\'s beauty.My academic interests include carbon dioxide sequestration, mining geology, petroleum geology, remote sensing, hazards and disaster management, sedimentology, and micropaleontology.
