With more than twenty years’ experience in the field of content, Suranjana has been helping global clients in their learning transformation and digitization journey. She also helps clients with their content strategy, and copywriting needs along with Knowledge Management and Performance Support. She loves tackling an organization’s learning challenges by taking a learner-first approach, leveraging design thinking, story-based learning, gamification, micro-learning as some of the principles. Suranjana’s primary responsibility as the Global Competency and Delivery Head for Digital Learning at Cognizant Technology Solutions is to build and scale the learning competency in order to keep up with the ever-changing customer needs as well as new and varied market solutions. She is also responsible for the delivery of the Digital Learning group as well as supports the EX/CX solutions. In her current role, she drives business growth and delivery.
