   Manage the network of Sort Centers and Delivery stations operations by setting optimal and realistic daily processing package targets. • Owned KPI’s (Volume Availability (VA-packages), Truck schedule, Capacity, Delivery accuracy) of 113 Sort Centers in the network (US & Canadian sites)• Lead process and system improvement projects with scope for network level rollout.• Worked closely with senior leadership in providing strategic recommendations for network level changes to the process flow, CPT’s and Truck Schedules.(Strategic Logistics Planning)• Automated the process of uploading VA targets into the AWS S3 buckets using Hubble & SQL queries, resulted in about 20 Man-hours savings on weekly basis.(Process Automation)• Validated cost per-package by performing cost-analysis on how VA is influenced by other metrics.• Used SQL & Hubble Scripts for regular Data extraction from database and use the data for regular deep dive. • Used Tableau and Quicksites to create Volume Availability Curves for 113 Sort centers in the network; moved from excel to Tableau Dashboard.
