ABOUT SURAKSHA TALLA
With a robust foundation in social sciences and development theories from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and practical experience through postgraduate diploma in management - rural development from NIRDPR, I currently work as an Aspirational Block Fellow under Aspirational Block Programme (ABP) of NITI Aayog, while leveraging my knowledge, I monitor, analyse and help plan through strategies to improve and achieve the KPIs to a saturation under the 5 themes of ABP. Previously, as a young professional at NIRDPR, I engaged with diverse stakeholders to drive growth in training and capacity building of practitioners from rural areas as well as acquiring training needs from all over the country which laid foundation for action plan of the organisation.
