Civil Engineering Designer (EIT) focused on land development and municipal infrastructure, with hands-on experience across consulting, development, and construction-related environments. I work on real-world subdivision and site development projects — from grading and servicing design to stormwater management and technical reporting.Currently at Pearson Engineering, I support land development projects using Civil 3D, Visual OTTHYMO, WaterCAD, PCSWMM and HEC-RAS, contributing to grading plans, storm/sanitary/water designs, and preparation of FSR and SWM reports for municipal approvals.Before consulting, I gained valuable development-side and construction exposure, supporting commercial projects and working closely with contractors and project teams. This gave me a strong understanding of constructability, costs, and how designs perform in the field — which I now bring into my engineering work.I also bring leadership and operations experience from managing multi-unit residential facilities, which strengthened my coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, real-world environments.With a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, I’m building my career in land development with a long-term goal of growing into a senior designer and project coordination role.
