End to End Solution Design, Large Deals Management, Customer Frontending, Stakeholder Collaboration, Business Development, and Team Leadership.Key Responsibilities- Define Solution Tenets and Solution Themes. Create a High-Level solution blueprint for the opportunity, identifying the key solution elements, operating model, and delivery approach- Consolidating the Solution together with Inputs from the Tower Leads, SMEs, and Domain Architects - Work closely with Bid Managers, Pricing Managers, and Delivery Teams for Delivery Costing, concluding Price to Win- Take ownership of the end-to-end solution throughout the solution design lifecycle including its shaping, construction, and reviews. Ensuring that all solutions have undergone peer review from management or delegate- Ensure that the overall solution (operating model/transition plan/solution design) is competitive and meets the customers\' business requirements- Contribute to the proposal deliverables and authoring activities taking ownership of the solution overview and any assigned response sections and providing guidance, support, and coaching to authors and other contributors - Participate in bid assurance, bid reviews, and defend the solution. Ensure all solution elements fully comply with the company\'s governance and approval process- Validate Bid Budget. Contribute to the assessment of bid budgets and plans with the sponsoring executive to manage the deliverables, control costs, quality, and time- Advisory to the Financial/Pricing Manager for Solution Costing. Contribute to the commercial and financial approval process
